Hello. This is Maggies daughter, Katie, from Utah.
My mom is here and hopelessly grieveing. Thomas Collazo took her best friend and lover from her forever. I hope that he NEVER again works in any kind of law enforcement job. He obviously is a "hair--trigger". Not a good quality unless you are fighting for our country!!!
Care to explain as to how Thomas statement matched evidance at a 100%. Care to explain as to why they found gun powder on the right arm of clay proving that he indeed try to take his weapon. care to explain as to why it never hit court. care to explain as to why the sister of clay said to the owner of the coastal postal that she does not blame thomas for what he did. care to explain why clays criminal record states that he has done this before. care to explain as to why a aggressive clay would continue to ingage on a retreating thomas. the list goes on i can do this all day. clays girlfriend had a restraining order on clay. the way i see it is that Maggie and clay should have followed the restraining order. if they both had. then this would have not happened. you see you only choose to see it from one side. why???? cause you know them. and by the way... murder is premeditated. if thomas was looking to murder. he would have just killed maggie too to eliminate witnesses.
